The Danoher group (“Danoher”) is excited to announce that a binding sale and purchase agreement has been entered into between Danoher Botswana Proprietary Limited and PPC Botswana Proprietary Limited (“PPC”), to acquire PPC’s 100% shareholding in PPC Aggregate Quarries Botswana Proprietary Limited.
The proposed transaction will result in Danoher taking control of the PPC commercial quarry operations in Botswana.
The transaction is subject to customary conditions precedent for a transaction of this nature. Danoher and PPC expects that the conditions precedent will be met before 1 August 2021.
